09:00-13:00:     Training session #1: SUP/kayak paddling

Racing Track

09:00-13:00:     4 hour advanced orienteering course - foot and mountain bike

Both Tracks

13:00-14:00:     Lunch / snack

15:00-18:00:     3 hour AR / skills practice (random partners pro-am style)

 

19:00-23:00:     Dinner / social time

19:00-22:00:     Guest speaker / standings / daily stories and awards

21:00-01:00:     Optional 30-120min night orienteering (foot or bike)

Friday, July 16

7:00-9:00:         Breakfast

Training/Skills Track

9:00-13:00:       Training session #2: Ascending/rappelling 

13:00-14:00:     Lunch / snack

15:00-18:00:     3 hour adventure race / skills practice

Racing Track

09:00-18:00:     8 hour adventure race (trekking/biking/duckie paddling)

Both Tracks

19:00-23:00:     Dinner / social time

19:00-22:00:     Guest speaker / standings / daily stories and awards

21:00-01:00:     Optional 30-120min night orienteering (foot or bike)

Saturday, July 16

7:00-9:00:         Breakfast

9:00-13:00:       Training session #3: Navigation - foot, bike, water

13:00-14:00:     Lunch / snack

15:00-18:00:     3 hour adventure race / skills practice

Racing Track

08:00-18:00:     10 hour adventure race (trekking/biking/whitewater raft paddling,                                         ascending/rappelling)

Both Tracks

19:00-23:00:     Dinner / social time

19:00-22:00:     Guest speaker / standings / daily stories and awards

21:00-01:00:     Optional 30-120min night orienteering (foot or bike)

Sunday, July 19: Breakfast and wrap up/depart.

08:00-10:00:     Breakfast

10:00-12:00:     Pack up and depart
